We want to deliver exceptional value and ensure your complete satisfaction. Upon receiving a written notice, we will refund your fee in full, less any applicable service charges which we may incur while processing your registration and refund requests.

Refund requested before the event

We recognize that your plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please follow the following guidelines:

  • Send us a written request in an email, up to 72h before the event, to creativeanalytics1@gmail.com with the following information

    • Include the word REFUND REQUESTED in the title of your email

    • Your name, email address, name and date of the event (e.g. workshop) you registered (Note that your email must match the email you used for registration)

    • You may have an option to apply your registration fee to the same event (e.g. workshop) at another date, if space is still available

    • Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your refund request

Refund requested after the event

We strive for 100% satisfaction. We are very proud of our products and services, and we are confident that they offer an exceptional value to you. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund for the specific event. Please follow the following guidelines:

  • Send us a written request in an email, no later than 24h after the event, to creativeanalytics1@gmail.com with the following information

    • Include the word REFUND REQUESTED in the title of your email

    • Your name, email address, name and date of the event (e.g. workshop) you registered (Note that your email must match the email you used for registration)

    • Although not required, we will greatly appreciate your feedback on why we disappointed you and how we could improve in the future

    • Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your refund request


Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
