We recognize that your plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please follow the following guidelines:

Include the word REFUND REQUESTED in the title of your email
Your name, email address, name and date of the event (e.g. workshop) you registered (Note that your email must match the email you used for registration)
You may have an option to apply your registration fee to the same event (e.g. workshop) at another date, if space is still available
Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your refund request
Refund requested after the event
We strive for 100% satisfaction. We are very proud of our products and services, and we are confident that they offer an exceptional value to you. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund for the specific event. Please follow the following guidelines:

Although not required, we will greatly appreciate your feedback on why we disappointed you and how we could improve in the future
